 | After your exchange request has been checked, you will receive a confirmation e-mail telling you how much credit you have.
This amount is calculated as follows :
sale price of the returned item,
the amount of your new delivery charges via the Colissimo Suivi parcel service, if the exchange is due to an error on our part.
2. Send back your item Once you have received your confirmation e-mail, you can return the item to be exchanged to the following address: SWD 64.eu - ZI de Jalday, 13 Rue de Belharra, 64500 St Jean de Luz France and , you MUST also enclose your credit confirmation e-mail. Your credit will be activated as soon as we receive your returned item.
3. Use your credit to place a new order You can place an order for a replacement item directly on our website, using your credit. The cost of this new order must be higher than your credit. When you place this order, the amount of your credit will be deducted automatically, while you will remain liable for the new delivery charges. Your credit can only be used in a single transaction, within fifteen days, counting from its activation.
4. Claiming a refund If you would like a refund, please tell us on the Exchange Form, in the "comments" section. Once your request has been checked, a refund will be made by refunding your credit card as soon as the returned item has been received.
